    Don,

So far I have only purchased Master series. So far I can't really say anything bad about them, but they are all I know. Was hoping to see if any one has any comments about the Thayer & Chandler Vega 2000. I was looking at a couple used ones, that are in good condition and have several new needles and tips.

I own and have used badger, passche, richpen and Iwata... I now use only the Iwatas that I own, once I purchased and used the Iwata, I was hooked.... awesome brush.

I have 2 Iwata HP-CS work horses, and I haven't had any issues whatsoever

    Hey Jan,

According to Jaime Rodriguez, they are a very good and dependable airbrush.

So we don't mislead anyone Gio Jamie is sponsored by Badger airbrush I hardly expect him to recommend anything else.

As I've already said if they are $40 or less Jan I would pass on the brushes and I would be VERY careful buying used airbrushes.

You can buy a good quality NEW airbrush for less than a $100 or so which is the route I would go.

Compare the quality of a airbrush made in Japan and others not made in Japan let us know who you think makes a better quality airbrush.

    Grex
makes some very good airbrushes (and helps bring you this web site by the way) I would check them out Jan.

    Don,

Thanks for your input. I was looking around and have seen some listed. I appreciate every ones thoughts. It's fun seeing what others use and how loyal they are to certain brands. I do like the looks of those Grex airbrushes. Some day maybe I can get a highly rated one. Not sure it will make my work look any better, but I can say I have one!
