    Default straining paint

I strain my paint by cutting out the screens on a paint filter like you use to strain automotive primer, paint, clear coat, etc. then take off the paint bottle cap and put the strainer around the bottle neck and put the cap back on, now all of your paint is strained. I buy the empty squirt bottles at hobbylobby and reduce (I also over reduced my paint most of the time) my paint to my liking and put the strainer on that bottle, my paint then is strained twice, hardly ever have any flow problems.
