    Question Paasche Talon Help needed...

    Hi everyone,
I have a Paasche Talon and two master Airbrushes I just purchased. I have to say, the masters suck and are going back in the morning! Very upset about that. The paasche wasnt working right which is why I got the masters but now I am switching back and could use some help repairing it.

Every time I pull the trigger back for paint I get paint to come out but I get bubble in where the trigger is and a lot of paint backflow. So basically, my talon is filling up with paint. Why would this happen? I thought it might be the packing assemble until I realized im new at this and dont know what the packing assembly is for.. LOL

Anyway, any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in Advance
    Brian

I had the same problem with my talon and I fixed it like this:

To tighten the seal (needle packing), remove the back handle, and the needle, then remove the trigger and the piece that the needle clamps to. Then take a small screwdriver and insert it through the back of the airbrush (where the needle would go). you should feel it click into the slot in the needle packing (the seal is right behind the color cup). The manual says to tighten so that there is a slight resistance when the needle is slid though. Then reassemble.
(I remove the seal and clean it when the airbrush was apart)
Hope this helps, email me (ilivetobike@gmail.com) if you have any questions
