    Micro bent?
I have seen a pro AB er repair his... I don't know if it recommended, but all he did was to smooth it out with a polishing stone (the one you sharpen knives with)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS, I am just saying I saw someone do that
Don't held me accountable for a new needle LOL
Come to GaTech Ill let you use my super micro scope LOL

    scrjon,

The way Gahau mentioned is an okay way to do it. Just use the wet stone and roll it lightly. You can use a light wet sand paper too. It won't take much, just enough to get it done. Don't try to become a millwright!

    Gio,

That's quite a site. That final picture of a polished needle is amazing.

    PAINT ON!

    Gahau,

Just use the site as a guideline

From visiting that site, I have been able to cleanup my needles pretty good.
I don't do everything that he suggests, like you said who has time for all that, or the tools right.

You could very well make your own needles then.
I could use a couple of polished stainless steel needles for my Iwata's
I bet you could fabricate all kinds of airbrush parts if you really had to.
    Cool.
