i got a iwata super jet compressor off of evil pay for 55 bucks, it said it did not work, looking at the pictures of it I could see he put the regulator on backwords got it switched around reg. and has been working ever since, it took me about 3 weeks of working the bay but deals can be found, I got my iwata air brush for 63 now if i could get a deal on talent LOL

If my wife new how much my 2 Iwata's really cost me, she'd have mine in the cement mixer

You know what it got me thinking...
That very very first brush I owned was NOT an Iwata BUT the quality was so close that it would got most people fooled!
Its a 0.2mm very very similar to the HP-B+ (minus the pre set handle)
    IWATA-MEDEA • Products • Airbrushes • Hi-Line • HP-B Plus • Medea Airbrush Products
I got it for under $30! (it was 150 francs, France)
    I bought it when I was 12 (25 now)
    Works Awesome, SMOOTH
The sad part is that there is no brand or nothing on it =(
Maybe I can do some researching and bring some here
Let some newer member start of with a awesome brush minus the cost!

Iwata is expensive BUT you get what you payed for, now I am not saying that the other brands of brushes are crap
But the craftsmanship of those damn jap brushes is amazing =) (I hope that they are made in JP lol)

Yeah, I'm like a kid when I get new toys! My wife, like most wives, know we're just big kids at heart and we love toys. By a week from Thursday, I should have something to post about them.

I'm not sure I hijacked the thread, but I am the one getting the new ones! I think we beat the tar out of this thread!

I'd be happy to sell them to some one starting out. I just bought new needles and nozzles for the S-62, .3mm and .5mm, and I have the .8mm for them. I also have the G-22 gravity that has all 3 needles, .2mm, .3mm, .5mm. I still believe the Masters I have were and are a good starter airbrush. They got me started and that's what I needed to do. I wouldn't ask much for them either. It's funny, I know I'm upgrading, but just not sure how much.

    PAINT ON!
