Did you get an air hose sent to you with that airbrush from TCP? If so, it is probably the same one I was sent with my G-22. It's a 6ft. hose with 1/8" fittings at both ends. The Master I have also came with that "barb looking" fitting on the air connection. Just unscrew the barb part. It is two pieces. Right? You will have an 1/8" inch male fitting on the airbrush. All Masters use an 1/8" fittings. You can screw on the hose direct to the airbrush. Most of us end up getting quick dis connect couplers; it's just easier. Especially once you start adding to you airbrush collection.
There are several places that sell those connectors. TCP is one of them. Get a compressor and you're in business!

JeffMc,
I see you don't accept private messages. If you send me an e-mail at my regular e-mail, I have an idea I would pass on, on how you might want to proceed. My e-mail address is in my signature. Just don't want to do it in the forum.

Jan,
Yes, I bought a hose with the airbrush. Also bought the quick disconnect valve as well. I can't unscrew the barb part with my hand - have to find a wrench or something.

JeffMc,
Great. A pair of pliers should work. Can't understand why it would be on so tight.
