    Default Compressor/Hose Connections

I just bought an Iwata HP-C+ airbrush...and bought an Iwata silver jet compressor. I've tried over and over to connect the hose between the air brush and the compressor, but the hose that came with it has two different size fittings. The smaller fitting fits on both the compressor and the airbrush..but the bigger fitting..which has a rubber o ring in it as well...doesn't fit on either end. I'm frustrated and realize it's probably something very stupid I'm overlooking..but a little help would be great.

I actually have that manual..it came with the compressor...however...there are two sizes of couplers...the larger one (with the rubber o ring) fits neither the air compressor nor the airbrush.

"the larger one (with the rubber o ring) fits neither the air compressor nor the airbrush."

that end has to fit on the compressor are you sure you haven't over looked a male connection in the packing materials?

Yup. Been through the package a few times..even through all that fun bubble wrap. There isn't an adapter to be found.

It's pretty hard to trouble shoot this not seeing it, there has to be a missing piece
Your best bet might be to call Iwata Tech Support in the morning if there is a piece missing they can send it to you.
tech staff at 503-253-7308, ext. 10. Tech support is available Monday through Friday, 8am-12pm, closed during lunch hour, then again from 1-4pm Pacific Time

They emailed me back and I seem to be missing the male connection that goes onto the compressor fitting. They are expediting it to me.
