I know a few people have problems with Auto Air and tip dry and all.
I got some stuff called Conditionair made by Etac and it does mix with Auto Air. I've found you get less tip dry with it. Not saying you don't get any, especially with white, but it was less apparent to me.
I used to use AA, but I found that it sucked, so I don't bother with it anymore.
The old 4011 reducer sucked too.
I and allot of other people used to mix the AA with Fantastic Cleaner and Future Floor Polish, Glycerin and whatever else one could think of.
Ya had to practically be a chemist to get the stuff to flow right. That was the end of that.
Now I only use Createx and Golden, which in my opinion is much better than AA ever was.
I haven't tried the new Auto-Borne or the Wicked line, but I've heard good things about both.
I'm still not convinced that it is any better, but I probably will try it just out of curiosity
Like Don always says, it's just paint
I have used AA for a while and yes you get tip drying, but you are able to spray it at shows and for instructor purposes.... I spray without my needle cape on when I use AA products so I can clean my needle as needed... Like anything else it has it's + and -'s. Good luck and have fun...
