Default my createx not flowing well

im sure people talk about this all the time i was just practicing a project and couldn't get my createx paint to flow well... i was using a siphon feed airbrush and it was having a tough time i heard if you thin the createx to much it has adhesion problems which i found out myself..... other than that im sure ill get a good mix... but what are some cost effective paints that are ready to flow the best? that would save me a lot of time money and clean up thanks!!!

    mikeadams253,

I think we covered this in one of the other question posts. I like to use Golden to practice. It sprays great right out of the bottle. Try some you'll like it. I use Createx right out of the bottle, with my bottom feeds all the time. To help stop tip dry, I put a few drops of glycerin in it. Works for me. What PSI are you trying to use? You need a steady 25-30 for shirts. It puts plenty of paint in and on the shirt. Heat treat it and you're good to go.

    mikeadams253,

It's not just the bottom feed as far as tip dry. How large are the jars are you using. I have invested in 20 of the 1 oz. jars and I only fill them about 1/4 full with 6 drops of glycerin. I should mention I paint shirts for my grand kids and the glycerin doesn't seem to be a problem. Not sure what others do when they paint on metals, plastics, paper, etc. I use caps on the jar nozzles and tape over the air hole. Even with that, when the paint has been in the jar for a while, I'll dump it and clean it out to be sure I don't get lumps in it. Paint in 2 oz. bottles still go a long way.
