if i was to paint onto say a leather jacket what paint would i use??so that it doesnt peel or flake off

createx, wicked colors, house of kolor will all work but as with anything you paint proper prep of the surface is essential to having a good out come

for leather wipe it down with rubbing alcohol to clean it real good than apply your paint
