Question How To Lose Spider Veins

Hello all when I have been trying to practice on my dot's and daggers, and everytime I try to get closer to the projects and the thinner lines. Then I end up with spider veins like where the air is pushing everywhere. I've adjusted my air regulator its sitting on between 40 - 45 psi. Any and all help would be most grateful if you would look close to the project I was trying out for my daughter there are some of the spiderveins.

Spidering is caused by three main culprits,

    1) your paint mix is very thin and the PSI is too high
    2) your spending too long in one area causing heavy paint build up so the air pushes paint everywhere
    3) you need more moisture traps to stop water build up in your hoses

if you rule out the moisture trap then the usual suspect is number 1 ,if im spraying a very thinned out mix then i will take my PSI right down to about 5 PSI and practice a few daggers and lines to see how it flows before i shoot it at my project ,with most of my mixtures for use on paper I rarely go above 15-20PSI. Where paint and pressure are concerned its one of those things you learn over time,if you want fine detail lines then go with over reduced mixture and low PSI.

i find no matter what im spraying onto that its better to use over reduced paint and low PSI and to use numerous passes to achieve the effect im looking for rather than use a very heavy paint and try to achieve the full colour effect in one pass.
