Thread: Createx??

Well createx is just not working out for me...I can see why you recommend other paints to start with Don...so as I have no local source for the airbrush ready "Golden" brand can any one offer an exhausted nub a link since I am clearly too lazy or brow beat by my current paint to search on my own...I am secretly hoping you guys have done a bit of research and may lead me to better pricing as well.

Bottom line is I grow weary of the dual learning curve of paint and brush...I have a first item completed...as I regain my strength and will, over the course of the night I will take a pic of the poor workmanship tomorrow and post it ...its a start and I definitely want to document that for comparison over the course of the next year.

Just so you guys are aware I am using a Paasche VL, Ceatex black and newsprint...my tip clots at a ridiculous pace...and I cant seem to get the consistency required to make the project smooth...obviously some of the issue is simply trigger control on my part...but the paint flow changes so radically as the clotting factor sets in it causes quite a hardship for me in the instances in which I am not making mistakes. As I do not know much about any of this I am torn between being upset with the brush, or the paint...I am assuming it is more the paint due to commentary on these forums...but as inexperienced as I am it is so hard to know.
